Nourelle offers a one year warranty for the watch movement mechanism or hardware only for the smart watches.

Nourelle will replace or repair your watch if the movement mechanism or hardware of the watch/smart watch malfunctions within 1 year of purchase.

The watch must be mailed to Nourelle at the customer's cost. Nourelle will inspect the watch and make sure there is no external sources of damage such as battering, water damage, etc. Nourelle will repair or replace the watch after inspection. If water damage or external sources of damage are found then the warranty will be voided and watch will be mailed back. In exceptional cases of external damage cases, we can provide a partial discount code so the customer can buy a replacement at a discounted price. The receipt for purchase must also be included. 

We are generally easy going with warranties but must include the above procedures to protect ourselves from dishonesty and fraud.


Nourelle accepts 30 day money back returns.

  1. First you must contact Nourelle at support@nourelle.ca. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the order number.
  3. Nourelle does not cover return shipping costs. Nourelle will issue a refund after inspecting and approving the condition of a product as unused and in original packaging.
  4. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return item. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
